Position
If you are energetic and passionate about marketing and the Internet, we are hiring an Operations/Media Coordinator to work closely with several of our clients. Responsibilities will include:
- Operations/Media Coordinator
- Manage email campaigns for several of our clients
- Review aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Prepare customer statements of account and reconcile with client accounting department as necessary
- Produce reports for various usage
- Analyze web traffic logs of several clients to help guide their strategy
- Prepare documents and presentations using software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, MS Projects
- Maintenance of department filing, correspondence files, information files, and set-up files for the team
- Set up of new vendor files, hard copy and electronic copy
- Updating and maintaining customer databases
- Updating and maintaining projects databases
- Updating and maintaining weekly reports
- Scan documents as requested for email purposes
- Formatting and editing of documents (quotations), as required
- Backup and support within the administrative team as applicable
- Help in creating work processes
- Preparation, coordination of weekly meetings and record minutes
- Data entry
Qualifications:
- Computer literate: well versed in WORD, EXCEL and the Internet
- Marketing experience or educational background
- Strong communications and people skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Innovative thinker, proactive
- A self-starter with a positive attitude, who takes the initiative to learn about the online industry and use the tasks you are given to develop your career opportunities for the future.

Remuneration
Salary from $27,000 - $33,000 based on experience and qualifications Employee benefits include vision care, dental, and more
