Job description

Operations:

  • Update and maintain customer databases
  • Update and maintain projects databases
  • Update and maintain weekly reports
  • Help with Client Projects as needed

Administration:

  • Perform all reception area duties such as receiving incoming calls, accepting deliveries and greeting visitors
  • Manage inventory for stationary goods and manage suppliers
  • Help research emerging trends in Interactive marketing
  • Prepare documents and presentations using software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, MS Projects
  • Data entry
  • Scan documents as requested for email purposes
  • Assist in preparation and coordination of weekly meetings
  • Record minutes
  • Assist all other department managers in related tasks

HR:

  • Update and maintain company files and documents (employee manual, procedures, memo’s, etc)
  • Coordinate and execute company social events
  • Post and maintain current job offers
  • Compile data
  • Maintain and update cv database
  • Participate in pre-selection of candidates
  • Assist HR manager in all other related tasks 

Qualifications:

  • Computer literate: well versed in WORD, EXCEL, etc
  • Administrative background
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and work within a fast paced environment
  • Detail oriented and discreet

Remuneration

Salary based on experience and qualifications. Employee benefits include vision care, dental, and more.
