    Responsibilities will include: 

    Admin:

    • Fedex and courier package shipping

    Divine:

    • Enter EN+FR content into the CMS (Articles, Polls, Picks, Tips, Quizzes, Giveaways, newsletters)
    • Quality control (ie, do the QA): Site, contests, quizzes
    • Establish and maintain a filing system for press releases
    • Pack and ship prizes to contest winners
    • Source images for content
    • Participate on the forum
    • Maintain an active idivine profile
    • Proofread and fact check content
    • Research: Contests, freebies
    • Translate from English to French
    • Create and maintain an up-to-date contact database
    • Assist the editor and assistant editors in additional tasks

    Qualifications:  

    • Excellent French both written and spoken
    • English written and spoken
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
    • Strong communications and people skills
    • Excellent time management skills; and the ability to deal with multiple tasks
    • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
    • Ambitious, outgoing, and a team player
    • Polite, professional, and pleasant

    Remuneration

    Position

    We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for BAM Strategy & Divine.ca where responsibilities will include: 

    1. Administration
    • Answer incoming calls and manage general voice mail
    • Manage inventory for stationary goods + manage suppliers
    • Proactive in looking for areas to improve processes for the office
    • Translate documents and proposals
    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

          2.   Marketing Assistance

    • Help with Client Projects
    • Help with presentations and reports for Clients
    • Help research emerging trends in Interactive marketing

         3.    Divine.ca Assistance

    Qualifications:  

    • Bilingual – written and spoken
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
    • Strong communications and people skills
    • Excellent time management skills; and the ability to deal with multiple tasks
    • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
    • Ambitious, outgoing, and a team player

    General Job Summary

     As a member of the Accounts Team, the Project Coordinator works closely with production team members on many ongoing projects. They must plan according to client timelines and ensure quality of the deliverables. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills and have the ability to work independently.

     

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Manage Internet marketing campaigns of our various clients
    • Help build interactive marketing programs
    • Help devise communication strategies for our clients
    • Plan online media campaigns for our clients
    • Produce detailed reports outlining past results and future strategies
    • Work closely with our production team to produce successful campaigns

     Qualifications

    • Bilingual – written and spoken
    • Marketing experience or educational background
